How do salads last a week?
Well, I'm glad you asked because our salads last between 10 & 14 days.  When you grow in a controlled environment with low bacteria levels, salad greens do not break down.  It's science.  It's one of the many reasons why we grow food indoors at Planted Detroit and are proud to serve you the highest quality greens!
