The All New Conner Creek

When we launched into Plum Market last month, we were taking our first big step into the grocery market. We knew from the beginning that we had to be ready and willing to make some changes based on what we were about to learn. From seeding all the way to harvesting in the farm, we work meticulously, every day, to ensure our greens are thriving in a biosecure environment. This coupled with our no-middle-man delivery model gives us products that can stay fresh on the shelf much longer than other greens. What we’ve already learned at Plum is that having avocado in our salads (though supremely delicious) takes that shelf life and reduces it to one day.

In an effort to reduce waste as much as possible, we’ve swapped avocado out of our Conner Creek salad for other delicious toppings that won’t affect the shelf life in such a dramatic way. The Southwest salad still has avocado, but we’re reworking the recipe and hope to be able to share it with you soon! In the meantime, check out the new Conner Creek!
